SUMMARY:WCCSWA Spring Executive Committee Meeting
DESCRIPTION:NOTICE RELATED TO PUBLIC COMMENT FOR ONLINE AGENCY MEETINGS \nDue to the COVID-19 pandemic\, on March 31\, 2020\, Governor J.B. Pritzker issued Executive Order No. 2020-18\, which extended the “Stay at Home” order of Executive Order No. 2020-10.  The “Stay at Home” order was extended through April 30\, 2020. \nPreviously\, on March 16\, 2020\, Governor Pritzker issued Executive Order No. 2020-07\, suspending the Open Meetings Act requirement of in-person attendance at meetings\, which was also extended by Executive Order No. 2020-18.  The West Cook County Solid Waste Agency will implement a virtual meeting format as well as emergency or special meetings as they are deemed necessary so that the Agency may continue the normal course of Operations. \nQuestions may be submitted by email to Executive Director Neil James at njames@westsubwaste.org at least an hour and half prior to the start of the Meeting.  Persons submitting public comments via email are strongly encouraged to provide their name\, their telephone number and address to allow the Agency to contact them if so merited. \nAs with previous Agency meetings\, meeting minutes will be available upon request.
