Celebrating America Recycles Day – November 15

We at the West Cook County Solid Waste Agency (WCCSWA) wanted to remind everyone that Monday, Nov. 15, is America Recycles Day, a day of national recognition of the importance of our efforts to conserve and respect our resources.

WCCSWA encourages everyone to follow the recycling guidelines that we helped produce at the Illinois Task Force for Recycling and Contamination Reduction.   Here is a link to the flyer that was created and remember these guidelines apply throughout the state.
