Mayor Sam Pulia Receives the 2016 WCCSWA GreenQuality Achievement Award

WCCSWA Chairman Michael Garvey presented the 2016 GreenQuality Achievement Award to Mayor Sam Pulia from the Village of Westchester.  The presentation was made during the April 27, 2016 WCCSWA Board of Directors Meeting.   Mayor Pulia thanked his Village Board and staff for their continued  commitment to recycling not only in the Village of Westchester but the entire region.

The GreenQuality Achievement Award is presented to an individual who has shown a commitment to promoting environmental improvements and the regional quality of life.
